Measurable outcomes and goals are the foundation of progress monitoring. In this course, you will identify measurable outcomes and determine when you know an outcome or goal has been completed. You will select a child and family, and using one of their outcomes/goals, you will work through a seven-step process. You will collect data and use it to make decisions about instructional strategies and to collaborate with team members to make data-driven progress monitoring decisions. Throughout this course, you will see best practice examples, have opportunities to apply what you have learned, and engage in the decision-making process.
