The purpose of this job aid is to highlight the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) announcement regarding young children and their families who are experiencing homelessness in Pennsylvania. This announcement, "Providing Guidance for Identifying and Serving Young Children Experiencing Homelessness”, applies to all OCDEL programs. The job aid focuses on the announcement as well the laws and regulations that outline responsibility in addressing this population. Further it will detail existing OCDEL programs and offer resources that can help alleviate some of the barriers families experiencing homelessness face. This presentation is approximately 20 minutes long.
