Motivation comes from internal and external forces and those forces are unique to every person. But why should Early Intervention (EI) and Home Visiting leaders learn about motivation? For starters, motivated employees are more productive, happier at work, and stick around longer. Discover how leaders can support programs and motivate employees by understanding the types of motivation and the unique forces that motivate individuals.

Credits: 1.5 Act 48 Hours; 1.5 Infant/Toddler Clock Hours

Intended Audience: Early Intervention Infant/Toddler professionals, Early Intervention Preschool professionals, and Home Visiting Programs/Family Center professionals

Registration: This course is available by registering on the PaTTAN online registration Training Calendar. Choose the month you would like to take the course then click on the course title listed on the 1st day of that month.  Note: course registration is only available during the month preceding the course opening date.  You cannot pre-register for a course more than a month ahead of time. You need to register before the 25th day of the month to enroll for the following month.
